Searches
- Nationwide Search
The Nationwide search allows you to perform a detailed
search by location map, town, county, venue chain,
venue type, event and conference rooms, accommodation
and catering. You do not need to complete each section
but this will give you a more accurate listing of
venues to enquire at. You can return to the search
at any time to edit your requirements.
- London Search
The London search allows you to search by London postcode,
tube station, venue chain, venue type, event and conference
rooms, accommodation and catering. You do not need
to complete each section but this will give you a
more accurate listing of venues to enquire at. You
can return to the search at any time to edit your
requirements.
- Executive Search
The executive search will only show 4 or 5 star venues
in the results. Please be aware that many venues are
unable to receive a star rating under the current
AA format and this may limit the results shown.
- Quick Search
The quick search should be used when you have limited
time or information on your requirements.
- Review Results
Here you can view information on the suitable venues
for your event. You can view details on individual
venues by clicking the venue name or choose to compare
up to 20 venues by ticking the "compare"
column and clicking the "compare" button.
When viewing venue information by clicking on the
tabs at the top the information will change for each
of the venues shown. This allows you to compare venues
easily. Detailed information on each venues conference
capacities will be viewed on their own. Please note
that distances from transport links are shown as straight
line distances not as the distance by road. To select
venues for an enquiry simple tick the "enquiry"
tick box against each venue. A maximum of 20 venues
can be selected for an enquiry.
- Enquiry Form
Only registered members are able to use the enquiry
form to send an automated enquiry to the selected
venues.
Registration
Registration is quick and easy and free
for everyone. Simply fill in the registration
form and you will be sent a confirmation email containing
a link to activate your account. Once you have activated
your account you can log in straight away and start
using the members pages.
