If you have a short lead time and need to contact the venue by phone you can store all your notes on each venue in your event folders.

Launched in September 2005 at the National Venue Show CLICK4venues is based in Oxford. Its founders are former event organisers and brought their experience and creativity to the website with a view to create a series of management tools for event organisers of every size and type
